Session 1 (Review of the Year)

John Keane reviewed what Jobstream Group had been up to during 2009 so far, discussing the successful rollout of Jobstream 8.7 and introducing the the new version of Jobstream, Jobstream 9.0.

Session 2 (Wishlist Workshop)

In the second session, we split into small groups to discuss what you wanted to see in future versions of Jobstream. We'll publish a list of the items proposed and discussed here in the near future.

Session 3 (Introducing the Bank Import and Reconciliation Module)

David Evans introduced and demonstrated our new chargeable option, the Bank Import and Reconciliation Module.

Session 4 (Common Support Queries)

David Evans highlighted some of the most common queries that our Technical Support team have received this year, and discussed how the team deal with these issues and what the best solutions are.
