John Keane reviewed what was discussed at last year's User Day, then talked a bit about version 8.7 and current developments before previewing version 8.8.

Session 2 [Channel Islands] (Guest Presentation: CRM)

A guest presentation by Alistair Hancock of Rubicon Software, who discussed the application of CRM systems to the specific needs and requirements of the trust market.

Session 2 [Isle of Man] (Guest Presentation: Document Management)

A guest presentation by Rupert Leaton of Manx Business Solutions, who discussed the application of document management systems to the trust industry and introduced a case study of a client implementation of the Laserfiche Document Management System integrated with Jobstream.

Session 3 (Front Line: Custom Systems and Change-Driven Documentation)

David Evans talked about the capabilities of our "soft layer" customisation tools and highlighted some real world examples.

Session 4 (Management Reporting Workshop)

John Keane led a discussion on the management reporting requirements of the attendees, with a view to designing and building a management reporting set for delivery with Jobstream 8.8.
