About Jobstream Technical Support

Jobstream Technical Support provides support for all Jobstream clients by telephone hotline, email and fax. In addition, our online support resources (login required: request a password) are available round the clock to registered users, providing online release documentation, news and an extensive downloads page.

Telephone and email support are provided during British office hours for UK, European and African users, with extended hours for users in Bermuda and the Caribbean.

Our Technical Support team has a variety of backgrounds and can provide support and advice on any aspect of Jobstream. Technical Support also has immediate access to the expert in-depth knowledge of the programming department which develops the Jobstream software.
