Summary

Fund Administration module icon Jobstream's Fund Management Option Pack provides support for the dealing and administration of Investment Companies, Unit Trusts, and similar unitized investment vehicles. The system is designed to cope with the full dealing cycle for fund investments, processing applications and redemptions from receipt to completion. The system will generate many key documents such as Contract Notes, Shareholder Valuation Statements and agent commission statements using the Jobstream Standard Documents System or Crystal Reports®.

  • Enter subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and re-registrations
  • Enter complex transactions which may involve more than one class fund or sub-fund and more than one currency
  • Set up initial commission and trailing commission for agents or introducers
  • Account for the amounts paid and received by investors, fund portfolios, and introducers when subscriptions, redemptions and switches occur
  • Account for foreign currency exchanges required for subscriptions and redemptions
  • Automatically calculate and enter dividends entitlements
