Fixed Assets module icon Fixed Assets (an optional module) provides an asset register (which can be configured for a variety of capital assets) with full accounting support, including revaluation and depreciation.

Feature list

  • Assets can be recorded against each office or client
  • User-definable asset types are created using up to 72 attributes for ownership, value, location, dates, etc
  • Direct link to accounting creates the appropriate sub-account and sub-sub-account on purchase and automatically begins the purchase posting
  • Separate account for recording depreciation
  • Reports can be developed using custom report linking to report specifically on user-defined asset types
