Every company is different, with different requirements, so we supply Jobstream in three editions. The system can be further extended with Option Packs, or through bespoke development, and the package is available on a choice of database platforms, including SQL Server, Oracle, and DBF/ISAM databases.
Client Administration & Statutory Records
Jobstream pulls all of the relevant information for your trusts, companies and other clients into one easily accessible place, allowing administrators to respond to queries quickly and accurately. Its automated forms and minutes production ensures that statutory filing is kept correct and up-to-date. Contact details with full address history are recorded for all of the people and organisations that are linked to your clients.
Compliance and KYC documents can be recorded on the system (using the optional Compliance module), and the KYC process can be tracked and managed using Jobstream's Events module — providing task reminders and an audit history of actions done.

Client Accounting & Asset Management
Each client on the system can have a full set of accounts, with complete support for P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash accounts, in multiple currencies. The system is designed to provide all of the complexity required for offshore trust accounting whilst still making it straightforward for administrators to carry out standard book-keeping tasks.
The investments and assets of each client can also be recorded. Jobstream's Portfolio Administration module allows trades on most types of security to be recorded, with automatic accounting (including bond interest calculations), and the Fixed Assets module allows property, artwork, yachts and other assets to be registered — again with automatic accounting (including depreciation calculations).

Office Accounting & Practice Management
Maintaining client records and accounts is one thing, tracking the information required to run a successful financial services business is another. Management functions are a major facet of the Jobstream system. Office accounting includes comprehensive debtor, creditor and disbursement functions, whilst the Time Recording module links with the Billing module to allow detailed, accurate invoicing of clients for work done.

The Jobstream database is a valuable resource. It is vitally important to maintain the integrity of the database, so Jobstream includes a suite of system utilities incorporating diagnostic as well as data repair tools. In addition, Jobstream has a built-in security system, designed to protect sensitive data from prying eyes and the over-eager fingers of enthusiastic users.
Getting the data out of the system is at least as important as getting it in and keeping it there. With this in mind, Jobstream provides a series of reporting options, supplying both standard and bespoke query functions.
