Our Client Services team is now headed up by Robert Spriggs, who joined the company in 1997 and was previously one of our senior software developers. Having worked on bespoke projects, with experience on client sites, Rob is ideally suited to this client facing role. His technical expertise will mean that Client Services are now more efficient than ever at fault diagnosis. Two more support staff have joined the experienced Guy March on the Technical Support line: Chris Morgan and Rosie Shaw.
