New On-line Technical Support

Visual Jobstream users have come to expect the highest standards of client care when they phone our Technical Support Hotline. Over the coming months, Jobstream's new On-line Technical Support service will build on and enhance our work in this crucial area.

Comprehensive Technical Support services have been at the heart of Jobstream's strategy for the delivery of comprehensive client care services. Thousands of technical queries have been answered and much invaluable advice and assistance has been provided by Jobstream's friendly and experienced Technical Support staff.

As Jobstream Group enters new business markets, we are examining ways of enhancing our Technical Support services to meet the changing needs of new and existing clients. An increasing amount of technical support information will be available on the World Wide Web. We are also examining ways of extending our telephone support services. Whatever the query, whatever the problem, our goal is to ensure that Visual Jobstream users are always just a phone call away from the solutions provided by Jobstream Technical Support.
