Full Windows Release of Visual Jobstream's Billing system

Packed with new features and functionality, Build 745, includes the full release of Billing in the Windows environment. The new Billing system allows for the automated charging of disbursements, time-charged and fixed fees on a batch or individual basis.

Visual Jobstream's Time Recording system, also completed in Build 745, provides a trouble-free mechanism for the capture of critical management information. Full integration between Time Recording and Billing ensures our Windows system is equipped to meet all the needs of a busy client services organisation.

Users will also welcome the active communication channel via e-mail set up by our Client Care team since the last release of Visual Jobstream. This extension to our range of client services provision has been developed in consultation with users. It ensures that we keep you up-to-date with the latest release news, significant fault warnings and important client care announcements.

The Visual Jobstream User's Guide will replace the old manual in its entirety. It has been written specifically for Visual Jobstream and meets the highest industry standards. Portfolio Administration, Messaging, Time Recording and Document Management will be the first four User Guide modules received by users. Fundamentals, Client Database, Billing and Accounting will follow shortly afterwards. For further information contact Visual Jobstream Client Care on +44 (0) 1223 433900.
