A new Global Change of Personnel function ensures that supervisors have the ability to shuffle client management roles between different users. For example, a particular user’s role as a Manager for a group of clients can be transferred to one new user, while their role as a Principal for a different group of clients can be transferred to another.
A new Client Ownership form records information on whether any of your client companies or trusts own any of the other companies or trusts on which information is stored in your Client Database.
Build 675 also provides a full range of Client Database extensions. The Seals extension allows you to keep an up-to-date record of important documents sealed and stored by one client on behalf of another. Details of when the document was sealed, when this seal was authorised, and a full list of Attestors or witnesses to this sealing can all be included in a publication-quality report.
The Isle of Man Company extension and the British Virgin Islands Company extension are also now available. These optional extensions to the Client Database will increase the speed and efficiency with which users operating in the Isle of Man and the British Virgin Islands are able to meet their statutory reporting and data storage obligations.
