We are currently carrying out a user survey which will help direct our on-going development programme for the Jobstream software. The aim of this survey is to find out about the systems that are currently being used to run Jobstream, and future plans for upgrades, so that we can tailor our support of MS Windows and MS Office versions to meet the needs of our clients.
The user survey is now available on our web site here. The survey is brief and will only take a few minutes to complete. You can complete and submit the survey online; alternatively you can print out the survey, fill in the answers by hand and fax it to us on 01223 433208 (from the British Isles) or +44 1223 433208 (international).
You will need a password for the support website in order to access the survey; if you do not have one, you can apply for one here. If you have any difficulties accessing the user survey, please call or email Technical Support.
Please take some time to complete the survey as many future development decisions will be influenced by the answers we receive. Estimated answers will be suitable in many cases.
