The Board
Jobstream’s board have been in control of the company since it was founded in 1993. They possess a great deal of experience of the challenges faced by both the offshore financial industry — Michael Brimacombe, Chairman, was the MD of an independent trust company in Jersey — and the technology industry — John Brimacombe, CEO, founded nGame, a mobile games company, and was recently a Chief Strategist for MFORMA, a major player in the wireless entertainment industry.
The Management Team
Day-to-day management of the company is carried out by Jobstream staff in Cambridge. The management staff boast many years experience in the trust software industry, and working with Jobstream in particular. Given a free reign to operate the company as they see fit, they are able to ensure that Jobstream Group is agile and reactive to industry pressures.
The Staff
The quality of the staff throughout the company is what really makes the difference. We’re based in Cambridge, U.K., which means we’re able to recruit and retain high quality technical staff. And because our development staff, quality assurance staff, technical support staff, training staff, sales staff and management staff are headquartered in the same office, communication and exchange of knowledge is easy.
So we have excellent people working for us, working in an environment that allows them to take full advantage of their abilities and those of their co-workers. Which in turn allows us to provide the best possible service to our customers.
